Dr. Christine Sherer

Dr. Christine, as she is called to avoid confusion with Dr. Alex, was born in San Diego and grew up in San Diego County and Hawaii. She is a graduate of Ramona High School. She holds a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of California at Davis in 1986.

Dr. Christine's special veterinary interests are internal medicine and geriatric patient care. She enjoys helping clients improve the quality of life of their pets.

She has 2 dogs and three horses. Her dogs include Jordan, a Viszla and Flash (registered name Flashy Attraction), a blue merle Australian Shepherd. Chip (registered name Delux Chocolate Chip) is a middle aged, bay quarter horse. Sonny is a black and her mare Lola is a flashy chestnut quarter horse.

Dr. Christine's favorite hobby is showing Lola at American Quarter Horse Association shows. She competes in western pleasure, trail and showmanship.
